What do we ask of you?
- That your safety is number 1;
- VAPRO-B or a completed MBO+ course in a technical direction, process engineering and/or electrical engineering/measurement and control technology or willingness to achieve;
- team player and responsible for the installations in which you will be working;
- has driving license B and lives within a radius of 80 km from Dordrecht;
- VCA VOL (or willingness to achieve this);
- Level 5 radiation expertise (or willingness to achieve this);
- NEN3140 sufficient teacher (or willingness to achieve this);
- BHV diploma (or willingness to obtain it).
- You also have the following competencies: flexible; experience and affinity with operational management and maintenance; strong communication (both oral and written); approach; solution-oriented; structured; initiative; team player.

We are looking for..
Do you want to ensure that our geothermal installations are and remain in optimal condition and that the buildings and the site ensure the continuity of the production process? Then you might be the Technical Operational Coordinator we are looking for with the following responsibilities:
- co-responsible for the process-based and technically optimal functioning of a geothermal installation;
- responsible for carrying out small or technical complex maintenance and operational operating activities yourself;
- the freedom to make decisions yourself within the scope of one's own tasks and responsibilities, with implementation partly based on personal insight;
- comply with Gaia Energy's healthcare system.
In this position, you will work with all Gaia Energy employees, but in particular with the other technical operational staff at one of our locations and the Maintenance & Operations Manager (to whom you also report). You coordinate content with the Maintenance & Operations Manager and operationally with colleagues Technical Operational Coordinators and Employees and End Users/Customers
What are your main tasks:
Providing maintenance and inspections to the installation, focused on technical improvements:
- identifying changes in location (ears and eyes) during daily inspection;
- controlling and controlling installations on location and remotely in consultation with the Maintenance & Operations Manager;
- participate in the emergency service team as a 1st line successor;
- preventively and possibly correctively replace production and injection filters in accordance with established work instructions;
- carrying out mandatory sampling for periodic analyses;
- recording meter readings and collecting data in accordance with established procedures/work instructions;
- keeping logs and records for trending and equipment history;
- ordering the required consumables (filters, chemicals, sample jars for analyses, etc.);
- assisting with the removal and supply of various substances/products at the locations;
- maintaining the administration of substances/products to and from the location;
- providing activities to comply with permits as far as this concerns physical activities at the locations;
- coordinating and controlling third parties who carry out preventive maintenance on the critical elements;
- coordinating, controlling and having periodic inspection of equipment carried out;
- issuing work permits and supervising execution and working safely;
- point of contact for customers and contractors;
- receiving people and resources at the site;
- first or daily contact person for business operations towards the customer and/or suppliers.
Other activities
- identify areas for improvement;
- carrying out and (co) preparing task risk analyses;
- contribute to business and/or work meetings;
- if necessary, compile specific work instructions and/or manual for various quality activities;
- Goodhousekeeping, location and surroundings.
